Yoga isn’t just physical. It’s a full-on practice with skillsets developed over thousands of years. This is barely hinted at in regular classes, but in Yoga x 3, we’ll focus broadly, explaining the tradition’s history, philosophy and practice . . . all in a 3-hour sweep.
In this training, we’ll re-engineer mind and body with new postures, breathing practices, and health secrets, while learning the philosophy and history of yoga’s abundant, time-tested system.
Students who finish this workshop will learn how yoga evolved, understand its worldview, and learn new ways to align breath, body, and mind.
