Yoga Nutrition & Philosophy
Linda Rae Holcomb and Eric Shaw are teaming up to offer you more than 20 years of international teaching experience.
Their workshops offer a one-two punch: Linda teaches yoga nutrition, Eric teaches yoga philosophy—both teach a bang-up yoga asana sequence!
We begin with an a practice suitable for all levels, jump through theories of healthy eating and finish with a fetching round of smart imagery and colorful discussion of the yoga tradition.
If you are serious about up-leveling your yoga—you want a holistic approach that uses what traditional yogis call the “first yoga”—that of food, while knowing that your practice will be enriched by knowing the “why” behind what you’re doing, this workshop is for you.

Linda Rae Holcomb is a Registered & Certified Yoga teacher, born and raised in Minneapolis. Her personal practice is that of Bhakti and Karma Yoga, with an intense focus on Nutritional Science. She travels and teaches as a Visiting Yoga Instructor and Health Coach, presenting at Yoga Festivals, Conferences and in private yoga studios across the United States and in Europe. In addition, Linda Rae teaches weekly public classes in the Twin Cities area and is an International Ambassador for Lole as well as YogaAid. An avid bird watcher, she enjoys traveling and live music. Her classes are suitable for all levels of experience.
