“Those who strive resolutely on the path of yoga
see the Self within.”
– Bhagavad Gita, Chapter 15
Yogis intuitively know that our exercises offer deeper spiritual meaning– but how? The Bhagavad Gita makes this clear. This ancient text explains the dynamics and hidden power within yogic practice itself.
In this 2.5-hour workshop, we will explore chapter 15 which deals with questions about philosophy, mystical experience, and how to know our higher Self. This chapter is among the most poetic in the Gita, with evocative descriptions of the Tree of Life and Mother Nature’s creatures–including us.
Join us for an authentic study session: a time to come together with this ancient text. This workshop will offer reading of the Gita, commentary, and discussion in an informal atmosphere. Please bring a Gita if you have one. Copies will also be provided.
