To learn Meditation in Movement, we manage our body’s velocity, momentum and center of gravity.
We see the shapes the body makes in space as it moves, as if it were drawing lines through the the air, and we learn to direct these shapes. We also learn to direct the energy in our bodies so powerful locomotion and peaceful stillness become a natural habit. We integrate some elements of Tai Chi, energy locks, and breath practice.
Moving yoga was designed to teach meditation and thereby contribute to success in every part of our lives.
