Ten presenters will present Pecha Kucha presentations–20 slides talked about for 20 seconds each–and there will be discussion and a DJ for dancing later that evening.
All the presentations will be on the theme of Yoga in California.
Utilizing special exhibition Yoga: The Art of Transformation as a point of departure, this evening event will focus on California’s unique role in the adoption, evolution, and popularization of yoga today. There will be AcroYoga performances, demonstrations, and participatory workshops organized by Jenny Sauer-Klein. The centerpiece will be BAAT CHEET: a feast of talks about yoga’s influence on our everyday lives. DJ Janaka Selekta plays.
Ten Bay Area presenters will give short and dynamic talks.
