The feet and hands are foundations for our body’s movement and expression.
This workshop teaches techniques for rebuilding our foot arches, grounding the foot’s “four corners” and opening our “toe box.” This makes our standing poses more grounded and our whole frame more healthy.
The hands also learn new things on the yoga path. They spread, learn stability, open their arches and use their radial shape to support arm-balances and the “push-up” poses of the Surya Namaskar.
This workshop shows dozens of new techniques for correctly using the hands and feet in yoga and how to maximize their functional and structural health for everyday life.
