WEEKEND RETREAT in SANTA CRUZ
The training cost includes a three-day retreat, held the weekend of January 10 at the Sequoia Retreat Center in Santa Cruz. The retreat begins on Friday, January 10 at 10:00 am and ends Sunday, January 12, at 6:00 pm. The retreat includes two nights’ accommodations (triple occupancy) and access to the lovely retreat center grounds. Students will provide their own meals. You can check out the accommodations at www.sequoiaretreatcenter.com.
There will be a few reading assignments before the start of the training, and additional reading and exam prep work during the training. We take care to make sure that the workload is reasonable for students with full and busy lives.
We require a minimum of one year of steady, established yoga practice to apply for the training. Feel free to email if you have questions about this requirement. We also require each student to have taken classes with Laura Camp and with other teachers on the faculty to make sure the style and approach is a fit for the student.
